Article 2 - Legal Capacity of the Consumer:

1. The consumer affirms they have the legal capacity under Islamic law and local regulations to engage with the store, or they are at least 18 years old.

2. The consumer agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, they will bear the consequences.

Article 3 - Nature of Commitment:

1. The store’s commitment to consumers is to provide the requested service or product.

2. The store may offer additional services such as after-sales support, depending on the nature of the product or service requested by the consumer.

Article 4 - Usage Guidelines:

1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s platform in accordance with public decency and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. When purchasing a service or product, the consumer agrees not to use it in a manner that violates public decency or the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Once you apply to join the store as a user, you are required to provide certain information and choose a username and password to access the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to the following:

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Article 7 - Amendments to the Agreement and Fees:

1. If any clause of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms and conditions remain in effect.

2. This agreement, which may be amended periodically, serves as the operating framework between the store and the consumer.

3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers based on the products or services requested or as required by state-imposed taxes.

4. The store reserves the right to adjust fees or charges at any time as per the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Article 8 - Payment and Billing:

The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel the consumer’s account or restrict access to its services at any time without notice or justification.

Article 12 - Applicable Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject to Saudi judicial authorities.

Article 13 - General Provisions:

1. The Arabic language is the reference for interpreting the terms of this agreement.

2. All prices on the store may be subject to change.

3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled at any time.

4. The parties agree to interact in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

5. This agreement remains in effect until canceled by the store.
